Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with strong proposal writing abilities and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing client-specific proposals, nurturing leads, and closing sales through persuasive and professional interaction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Proposal & Quotation Management
- Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and pricing sheets based on client requirements.
- Create detailed proposals, including service scope, features, pricing, and terms.
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes, and service descriptions for cyber security solutions.
- Maintain and update quotation templates as per company standards.
2. Invoice Preparation
- Generate customer invoices in coordination with the finance team.
- Track invoice status, send reminders, and follow up on payments if required.
3. Sales Coordination
- Support the sales team with documentation, follow-ups, and client communication.
- Manage CRM entries, maintain client records, and update deal status.
- Schedule meetings, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
4. Client Communication
- Share proposals, quotations, and agreements with clients on time.
- Respond to client queries related to pricing, services, and documents.
- Act as a point of contact between clients and technical/security teams.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain records of proposals, invoices, and sales documents.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for sales and management teams.
- Ensure all documents follow company branding and policy guidelines.
Mandatory Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets & MS Word
- Strong communication and email drafting skills
- Understanding of basic IT / Cyber Security services (VAPT, SOC, Compliance, etc.)
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple tasks
- Basic understanding of pricing, tax, and commercial terms
Preferred Skills
- Experience in quotation/invoice preparation
- Experience in cyber security / IT sales / B2B environment
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in IT/services.
- Proven ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive business proposals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and CRM tools.
