A true ambassador of the brand as Sales Executive, you contribute to the development of sales by offering exceptional and unforgettable quality of service. You will join our team in one of our prestigious stores.

Our Sales Executive is responsible for driving the store business. The ideal candidates will work towards achieving the store sales' target, build a base of loyal customers by recruiting and retaining them, and ensure full adherence to the brand's guidelines and store processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the store and service KPIs achievement to reach the sales targets on a monthly and yearly basis.
  • Welcome, advise and follow up with customers in order to build brand loyalty. Deliver strong and personalized service.
  • Recruit new clients and use clienteling techniques to offer excellent customer service: Establish and develop relationship with existing clients and engage new customers.
  • Contribute to product reception & quality control.
  • Involved in the boutique life, operations and actions.
  • Represent the Maison in accordance with the grooming standards.
  • Assist the store manager in the visual display of the boutique.
  • Ensuring adherence to all of the Company's procedures and policies.
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects (i.e. events).
Profile
  • 3 years' experience in Luxury Sales
  • English fluent, additional languages a plus
  • Strong selling and communication skills mandatory
  • Excellent relationships skills, rigorous and motivated
  • Client focus and detailed-oriented, positive attitude
  • Professionalism and discretion
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent is preferred
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong knowledge and/or interest for luxury/jewelry industry
