Job Description

Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to expand and strengthen our sales operations in the Gujranwala Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, building customer relationships, and ensuring the growth of solar product sales in the region.
Experience in the solar energy sector is mandatory..

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the Gujranwala Division.
• Develop and implement effective sales tactics to promote company products.
• Identify and generate new business opportunities through field visits and customer engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitors' activities and market trends.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with the Regional Sales Manager and head office for smooth operations and customer support.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service and follow-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience in the Solar Energy Sector.
• 2–3 years of proven sales experience in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Basic understanding of solar products and solutions.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
