About the Role:
OnO Creators is looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales Executive with strong experience in influencer marketing. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working with influencers, executing campaigns, and driving sales through creator collaborations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard influencers suitable for client campaigns.
• Pitch influencer marketing services/packages to potential clients and close deals.
• Maintain and grow relationships with influencers, clients, and agencies.
• Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to conversion.
• Coordinate with internal teams and creators for campaign briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
• Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and follow-up documentation.

Requirements:

• Mandatory experience in influencer marketing + sales.
• Strong network and understanding of the creator ecosystem (Instagram, YouTube, etc.).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
