Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Interior & Construction

Location: Mayapuri Phase I, Industrial Area, New Delhi
Working Days: 6 Days / Week

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Experience: 1–3 Years

Note: Immediate Joiners are preferred.

Job Description:

The Company is hiring a dynamic Field Sales Executive – Interior & Construction to drive business growth through on-site client acquisition and relationship building. The candidate must have experience in selling interior design solutions while working directly at construction sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Promote interior design services to builders, contractors, and property owners.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations outside the office.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare sales reports.
• Coordinate with design and execution teams for smooth project onboarding.
• Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years experience in interior or construction sales.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel and work on-site.
• Target-oriented and confident personality
