*Job Description – Sales Executive*

*Location:* Noida sec - 69

*Salary Range:* ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience; exceptional candidates may be offered higher)

*Industry* Mechanical Equipment / Concreting Equipment / Industrial Products

*Position Overview*

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic **Sales Executive** with experience in selling or servicing engineering equipment, industrial products, or cement & concrete equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills to engage customers and drive sales.

*Key Responsibilities*

* Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned region.

* Promote and sell mechanical equipment and concreting equipment to potential clients.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business.

* Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.

* Collaborate with service and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Prepare and present quotations, follow up on leads, and close sales deals.

* Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs to provide insights to management.

* Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and documentation.

*Required Qualifications*

*Education:*

* BSc

* ITI

* Diploma (Mechanical)

*computer knowledge* and ability to work with MS Office, email, CRM tools, etc.

*Experience*

* **1–3 years** of experience in:

* Mechanical equipment

* Concreting equipment

* Engineering equipment or industrial product sales/servicing

*Skills Desired*

* Good technical understanding of mechanical or industrial equipment.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Ability to achieve sales targets.

* Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability.
