Sales Executive Officer

ZitaPlus Financial Services L.L.C., an SCA-regulated brokerage firm, is expanding its institutional sales division at our Dubai office.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in the brokerage industry, particularly in Forex and CFD markets. The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills and have a minimum of three years of experience working in a brokerage environment.

Please note: Applicants must already hold valid UAE residency.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals (HNW), and active traders.
• Promote ZitaPlus’s multi-asset trading services.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and proactive outreach.
• Provide strategic recommendations and market insights based on client trading profiles.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term client satisfaction.
• Represent ZitaPlus at industry events, expos, and networking forums.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client engagement, and feedback.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Forex & CFD brokerage firm.
• Strong understanding of Forex, Commodities, Indices, and CFD trading products.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
• Must hold valid UAE residency.
• Residing in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
