Sales Executive – Packaging Solutions (US Market | Night Shift)

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time)
Compensation: PKR 50,000–90,000 (Base Salary) + Commission + Performance-Based Bonuses

We are currently seeking a Sales Executive – Packaging Solutions to join our U.S. market team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess the drive to exceed targets while building meaningful client relationships.

Role Overview

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, engaging, and converting potential clients in the packaging sector. You will work closely with customers to understand their packaging requirements and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage in outbound and inbound sales activities targeting U.S.-based clients in the packaging sector (e.g., boxes, labels, and custom packaging).
  • Identify client needs and recommend suitable packaging materials, designs, and printing solutions.
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and close sales effectively to achieve monthly revenue goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and stay informed about market and industry trends.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
  • Accurately document all sales activities, client communications, and feedback in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market developments to identify new business opportunities.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: 0–5 years in sales, customer service, or B2B packaging sales (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Sales Acumen: Results-driven, persuasive, and confident in negotiation and deal closure.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with packaging materials, printing processes, or related products is an advantage.
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems or online sales tools preferred.
  • Availability: Must be able to work the U.S. night shift (Monday–Friday, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM PKT).
