Job Description:
Fintrek Marketing is hiring experienced and driven Sales Executives – Personal Loan for our Dubai office. The ideal candidate must have a proven background in personal loan sales with a solid understanding of UAE banking practices. If you are passionate about sales and ready to achieve high performance, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market and sell personal loan products to individual clients
- Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, and referrals
- Meet and exceed assigned monthly sales targets
- Provide complete loan information including eligibility and documentation
- Build long-term relationships with clients for repeat business
- Ensure full compliance with bank policies and regulatory standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in personal loan sales within the UAE
- Familiarity with banking policies and product knowledge
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, and disciplined
- Must be currently based in the UAE
- Immediate availability preferred
