Sales Executive (Real Estate)

Job Description:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Sales Executives to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate sales leads and convert them into successful deals.
• Handle client inquiries professionally and provide detailed project information.
• Conduct meetings, presentations, and property visits with clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and investors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Stay updated on current market trends, competitors, and project developments.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience in real estate sales (residential or commercial projects).
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills (English & Urdu).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused attitude with a professional and confident personality.
• Personality: Smart, well-groomed, and highly presentable.
• Gender: Both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Preference: Candidates with strong closing skills and an established client network in the real estate sector.
