We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Actively identify and engage with international clients, understanding their real estate needs and preferences.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on international real estate markets to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive offerings.
  • Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and property tours to international buyers and investors.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, ensuring a win-win outcome for clients and the company.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and brokers across various countries.
  • Lead Generation: Utilize various channels to generate leads, including networking events, online platforms, and industry conferences.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to create targeted marketing campaigns for international properties.
  • Follow-Up: Provide exceptional post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and encourage referrals.
