Job Description

1.1. ProspectSales: Attend to walk-in and campaign-generated leads. Build and maintain strongcustomer relationships. Advise on the most suitable technology products andsolutions. Conduct competitive market research and share insights. Negotiateprices, quantities, and product specifications with customers. Prepareproposals, presentations, and bids for business. Offer outstanding customerservice throughout the sales cycle.

1.2. Sales and Payment: Inspectinventory and ensure high display standards. Collaborate with product teams on enhancements andpromotions.Create accurate and detailedquotations using Zoho tools. Independently close sales, meeting monthly,quarterly, and yearly targets. Manage timely payment collections fromcustomers.

1.3. Delivery& Shipments: Coordinate specifications, costs, and delivery timelines with clients. Work with logistics partners to track andensure timely delivery. Prepare invoicesand shipping documents with accurate cost breakdowns. Guide customers on how touse the company's Support Portal for technical assistance and ticketing. Ensurea proper handover to the Support Team post-delivery for onboarding, setup, andissue resolution.

1.4. SupportPR & Admin Activities: Participateand take active role as advised by management in Robotic events by the companylike Robo CAMP, Robotics Championships, Robotic Internships, Events,Exhibitions, and Expo. Maintaincleanliness of premises and ensure demo robots are fully charged andoperational. Support PR and admin activities assigned by management. Prepareand submit accurate weekly/monthly sales reports, lead status, and customerfeedback to the reporting manager.

Requirements
  • Education: Certificate or diploma in technology/business or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in technology product sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Good negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Hands on experience with Zoho CRM Plus & Zoho Finance.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Adaptability to work flexible hours and event locations.
  • Ability to handle deadlines and provide timely reporting.
