Job Title: Outdoor Sales Executive – Telecom (Abu Dhabi)
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Job Overview:

Are you a motivated and ambitious sales professional with a passion for telecom products? We're looking for Outdoor Sales Executives to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales, and providing excellent customer support in the dynamic telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Client Outreach

  • Cold call and approach potential clients to generate leads
  • Maintain and update client records in CRM/database
  • Promote new telecom services and packages over phone and in-person

Client Meetings & Relationship Management

  • Schedule and attend client meetings across designated areas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
  • Engage Arabic-speaking clients professionally and confidently

Sales Closure & Documentation

  • Follow up on leads and ensure timely closures as per targets
  • Collect necessary client documentation for service activation
  • Coordinate with backend teams for order processing and verifications

Upselling & Cross-Selling

  • Identify upselling opportunities with existing clients
  • Cross-sell bundled telecom solutions and value-added services
  • Provide product details and address customer queries effectively

Internal Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work with internal sales support and technical teams for tailored solutions
  • Use client feedback to enhance product offerings and customer experience
  • Monitor competitor activity to position services strategically

Target Achievement & Planning

  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Support implementation of business plans for new services
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through after-sales service

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of outdoor or telecom sales experience (UAE preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Arabic language skills are a strong advantage
Familiarity with telecom products (e.g., du, Etisalat) is a plus
Must be based in UAE with valid ID/residency
