The Sales Executive for the US AT&T campaign is responsible for promoting and selling AT&T’s range of telecommunications products and services to U.S.-based customers. This role focuses on achieving sales targets through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and customer relationship management while delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound sales calls to U.S. customers and handle inbound inquiries related to AT&T products (Mobility, Internet, TV, Wireless plans, etc.).
  • Understand customer needs and match them with suitable AT&T services and plans.
  • Provide accurate product information, pricing details, promotions, and service features.
  • Convert leads into successful sales while maintaining professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Follow AT&T compliance standards, call scripts, and quality guidelines.
  • Maintain customer records and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Work with the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Manage objections effectively and ensure first-call resolution whenever possible.
  • Stay up to date on AT&T offerings, new product updates, and market trends.
  • Ensure high levels of customer service and support post-sales when required.

Shift Timings: 8PM to 5AM
Salary: Market competitive salary
