Shift: Night Shift (8:00 PM – 5:00 AM)

Working Days: Monday – Friday

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 (Based on interview & skillset)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to conduct outbound calls, generate high-quality leads, and sell our dropshipping/e-commerce service packages to entrepreneurs, online retailers, and small businesses across the U.S.

In this role, you will identify potential clients, introduce our service offerings, explain how our dropshipping model helps businesses scale without inventory or operational challenges, and close sales over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients including new e-commerce sellers, Amazon operators, freelancers, and small business owners.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, warm calling, referral outreach, and consistent follow-ups.
• Present and sell dropshipping/e-commerce service packages, including:
• Store setup
• Product sourcing
• Automation
• Order fulfillment
• Ongoing support
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable service plans or dropshipping models.
• Maintain CRM records, track sales activities, and manage your lead pipeline effectively.
• Schedule consultations or demos with senior sales representatives when required.
• Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly KPIs for lead generation and sales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales, telemarketing, call center operations, or lead generation (preferred).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right solutions.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital sales is an added advantage.
