Experienced Sales Executive

About the Role

The Sales Executive is responsible to generate new business for the company, worldwide, leveraging own client portfolio and relationships, in order to grow the company's client base and revenue. The ideal candidate needs to be highly proactive, client oriented, with excellent relationship and cold sales skills, generate qualified leads and help the company achieve financial gain and customer satisfaction. This role is part of the business development team and includes performance targets.

What You‘ll Do

Leverage previous relationships and customer portfolio to generate sales and revenue

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Build and enhance the leads database for the company through cold sales

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Provide product demonstrations to potential customers and understand their requirements

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Create a positive sales experience, by providing timely and professional assistance

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Engage and work with external introducers, and maintain good relationships with partners

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Support marketing activities by attending conferences and other marketing events

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Maintain a solid understanding of the financial markets and Forex industry

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Maintain a solid understanding of company's offering and forthcoming release

e.g., Lead sales initiatives

Requirements

Experience
3+ years of experience in a similar institutional/solution sales role
Solution Selling
Ability to demonstrate a detailed understanding of solution selling
CRM Knowledge
In-depth knowledge of working with CRMs, lead tracking and following sales targets
Forex Knowledge
Knowledge in forex is a must, experience with Fintech and forex software is a plus
Language Skills
Fluent written and spoken English is a must, additional languages such as Arabic, Spanish, Portuguese, Chinese, etc., is a plus
Organization
Strong organization skills, ability to prioritize different tasks quickly
Relationships
Ability to build relationships quickly and effectively
Communication
Great communication skills
Drive
Results driven and self-motivated
