We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive with a strong background in Wound Care and Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT). This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading medical device company where you’ll play a key role in driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and supporting clinicians in delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the wound care portfolio.
  • Identify, engage, and manage key customer accounts across hospitals, clinics, and community settings.
  • Provide product demonstrations and training to clinical teams, focusing on NPWT solutions and related therapies.
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists and marketing teams to support product evaluations and conversions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date understanding of competitor activity and market trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure long-term account satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven sales experience in medical devices, wound care, or negative pressure therapy (minimum 3 years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of wound management and clinical environments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driving license
