Sales Girl @ Trivandrum

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Girl to join our team at GiftyS Craft Store in Trivandrum. If you have a passion for crafts, enjoy interacting with customers, and love working in a creative environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in finding and purchasing craft supplies, DIY kits, and art materials.
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and ensure shelves are stocked neatly.
• Handle billing and payments efficiently.
• Manage customer orders and coordinate stock availability.
• Support in organizing in-store craft workshops and events.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a great shopping experience.

Requirements:

✅ Female candidates aged 20 to 30 years.
✅ Prior retail/sales experience is a plus, but freshers are welcome.
✅ Good communication skills (English & Malayalam preferred).
✅ Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude.
✅ Willingness to learn and adapt to a dynamic store environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sasthamangalam, Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
