Role Tasks- (Sales and Marketing Business Development Manager )

· Educationwise: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field preferably in construction and 3-5 years’ experience in marketing or sales.

  • Experience: Experienced in sales and marketing.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills, Quick Learner.
  • Communication: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and maintaining Customer relationships.
  • Analysis: Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.
  • Vision: The ability to understand and follow company’s Vision , policies and procedures
  • Working under pressure: The ability to work under pressure.

What is Expected :

  • Promoting the company's existing services and introducing any new product/Services to the market.
  • Understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Implementing Sales targets – Application, Services and Products
  • Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying updated in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops, reading publications, and maintaining personal and professional networks.
  • Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share through Franchise and Product distributors
  • Monitor competition (pricing changes and new products and features)
  • Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness
  • Responsible for interstate and intercity Sales Team’s Performance and Results.
  • Keeping connect with the past Clients and look for any other requirement

· Working hand in hand with the Operations team for achieving the common goal

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
