A Sales Head is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the dealership's sales performance, managing the sales team, and ensuring high customer satisfaction and brand standards are met. The role involves strategic planning, operational management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Plan and manage the new car inventory to ensure an optimal mix of models, colours, and equipment based on market demand.
- Manage and control expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements and maximize profitability.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for acquiring new business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and new opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical) / MBA (Sales & Marketing) / Diploma(Mechanical).
- 8-10 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or engineering roles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
