The Opportunity:

We are seeking a dedicated Sales Professional to strategically target and develop leads within the region's key industrial facilities. Your success will directly translate into the company's growth and your own uncapped earning potential.

What You Will Do:

  • Target Development: Aggressively identify and generate new business leads at major industrial facilities, including manufacturing plants, food processing centers, and mining operations.
  • Relationship Building: Initiate contact and cultivate strong, lasting relationships with facility personnel and key decision-makers.
  • Needs Assessment: Work to understand the client's mechanical system needs and facility challenges to prepare our estimating and engineering teams for successful projects.
  • Focus on Sales: Your primary focus is developing and qualifying leads. You are not required to perform estimating or design work.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Location: Proven familiarity with the Reno and Northern Nevada market.
  • Industrial Insight: A basic understanding of the operational needs of industrial clients and facilities is KEY.
  • Mechanical Knowledge (Preferred): A basic understanding of industrial mechanical systems is a strong plus, but is not necessarily required. We can train the right salesperson with the right industrial network.
  • Drive: Exceptional lead development skills, persistence, and a proven ability to close appointments and create opportunities.
