Sales Immigration Counselors

Reside Global Immigration Services is urgently expanding and seeking three (3) Immigration Counselors to join our team immediately. Candidates who can communicate with clientele are highly encouraged Tagalog-speaking applicants are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inquiries and deliver professional immigration counseling via phone, email, and in-person.
• Present suitable migration options (Australia, Europe & Canada) and guide clients toward informed decisions.
• Provide accurate, updated, and policy-compliant immigration information.
• Conduct fair and objective assessments of client profiles.
• Create personalized migration and career pathways for each client.
• Maintain excellent customer service through proactive follow-ups.
• Meet assigned sales targets while ensuring high service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in immigration consulting (preferred: Australia, Europe & Canada pathways).
• Strong, confident communication skills.
• Tagalog language ability is an advantage, especially when assisting clients.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and online communication tools.
• Up-to-date knowledge of international immigration guidelines and trends.
