Job Tittle: Sales Lead Manager

Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead Manager who brings
both an Individual contributor (IC) mindset and team leadership capabilities. The ideal
candidate will drive outbound sales, generate qualified leads, manage end-to-end sales
cycles, and ensure revenue targets are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Drive outbound prospecting strategies to build a robust pipeline of
qualified leads across target industries.
● End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closure—ensuring
smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
● Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
in alignment with company goals.
● IC & Team Leadership: Operate as a high-performing IC while mentoring and guiding a
small sales execution team.
● Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing
clients, driving repeat business and referrals.
● Sales Strategy: Develop and implement plans to drive revenue growth, ensure
individual and team targets are achieved.
● Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and
customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● 5+ years of proven experience in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership
or team-handling capacity.
● Strong background in outbound sales and lead generation.
● Demonstrated success in managing the entire sales cycle and consistently achieving
revenue targets.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● A hunter mindset with the ability to identify, pursue, and close new business
opportunities.
● Self-driven with an IC approach to ownership and accountability.
● Strong networking skills and ability to leverage existing business connections.
● Experience working with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce,
Outreach).
