Drive Market Dominance for a Leading Mobile Tech Accessories Company

A leading company in the mobile accessories sector (Power Banks, Headphones, Smart Watches, and other consumer electronics) is seeking a proven, results-driven Senior Sales Leader to manage and accelerate commercial growth strategy across our operations.

Key Responsibilities

· Strategic Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and significant market share gains.

· Channel Management: Directly manage and expand the performance of the authorized distributor network, key retail chains, and e-commerce partners.

· Team Leadership: Mentor, and drive a high-performing sales team across the entire Pakistan.

· Commercial Discipline: Oversee pricing, negotiate high-value contracts, and ensure commercial controls (e.g., timely collections, inventory optimization) are maintained.

· Market Intelligence: Provide executive-level analysis and accurate sales forecasting based on deep understanding of the consumer electronics market.

Requirements

· Experience: Minimum 8-10 years of progressive experience in Sales, with significant tenure leading teams and managing wide distribution networks (Sales Manager, RSM, or higher).

· Industry Expertise: Must have strong, verifiable experience in Mobile Accessories, Consumer Electronics, or Telecommunications distribution channels. Industry Sales Leaders from the FMCG sector are also encouraged to apply.

· Leadership Skills: Proven track record in scaling operations, leading negotiations, and driving performance through third-party partners.

· Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or Marketing is preferred.
