About the Role
Elliot Scott Group are working with a leading events, exhibitions, and interior fit-out company in Dubai is seeking Event & Exhibition Sales Managers to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for driven, results-oriented sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality projects within the events and exhibition sector.

Key Responsibilities
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE events and exhibition market.
· Build and nurture long-term client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
· Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
· Collaborate with internal design, production, and project teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive prospecting and client engagement.
· Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote services.
· Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
· 2–3 years of experience in event, exhibition, or interior fit-out sales within the UAE.
· Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and building strong client portfolios.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
· Strong understanding of event production and exhibition stand requirements.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
· Valid UAE driving license preferred.
