Sales Manager - New Business

Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients to meet and exceed sales targets

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and grow market share

Lead and manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals

Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to tailor offerings to prospects' needs

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders in target organizations

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business development strategies

Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for senior management

Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build pipeline

Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a new business / acquisition-focused role
  • Experience in hunting new clients for business expansion
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing high-value deals
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Experience with D365 F&O, Oracle, SAP, Epicor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently
