aiNTEL is seeking to hire a dynamic and multilingual Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in technology, including a good understanding of software application, artificial intelligence and machine learning, and digital screening & profiling services under the risk and compliance domain (preferably in the Banking sector). This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Lead and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee and guide the team in conducting in-depth client needs analysis to develop tailored solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop, implement, and optimise strategies to generate high-quality sales leads across multiple channels, including digital, networking, and referrals.
- Supervise and support the sales team in delivering impactful product and service presentations.
- Take ownership of the negotiation process and lead high-value contract discussions to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and senior leadership to drive comprehensive sales strategies and go-to-market plans.
- Manage the full sales life-cycle-from pipeline development to closing and post-sale relationship management-ensuring seamless hand offs and follow-through.
- Stay up to date with financial industry trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape in the risk and compliance domain to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, including at least 1-2 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
- Demonstrated success in leading sales teams and consistently achieving revenue targets.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with the ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse client bases.
- Proven expertise in delivering compelling product demos and presentations to C-level stakeholders.
- Strong grasp of modern technology solutions, including software applications, AI tools, and enterprise systems.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and team development.
- Highly driven, strategic thinker with a track record of developing and executing successful sales initiatives.
