We are now looking for an experienced and dynamic Team Leader to lead our Secondary Market Division and drive team performance to new heights.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents specializing in Dubai's secondary market.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Provide ongoing training, coaching, and support to enhance team productivity and professionalism.
• Manage listings, oversee negotiations, and ensure seamless closing processes.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
• Drive lead generation initiatives and maintain strong client relationships.
• Monitor performance metrics, reporting results to senior management regularly.
• Foster a collaborative and results oriented work culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market (secondary sales focus preferred).
• Proven experience managing and leading a real estate team.
• Strong understanding of RERA regulations and Dubai property laws.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Results driven, self motivated, and able to perform under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license and RERA certification (preferred).
