Sales Manager for Indian market in Ajman

We are a well-established company in the retail industry, seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Ajman. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing all sales activities and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for the Indian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market and increase sales
  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the Indian market
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve targets
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management
  • Develop pricing strategies to remain competitive in the Indian market
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and best practices
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the retail industry, preferably in the Indian market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership abilities with a motivational management style
  • In-depth knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

We offer a competitive salary package of $1400 per month. This position is based in Ajman, UAE. This job is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. Note that this is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for employment.
