Responsibilities

• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our products and services
• Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls/emails
• Understand customer needs and requirements
• Negotiate contracts with clients
• Become an expert in our products/services and stay up to date with market trends
• Maintain relationships with existing customers
• Prepare sales reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role
• Excellent communication skills both verbal & Written
• Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• High level of attention to detail
