Key responsibilities
- Team leadership and management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage a team of sales representatives. Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship. Motivate the team to achieve targets.
- Strategy and planning: Develop and execute a sales plan and strategies to drive revenue. Set sales goals, quotas, and performance targets.
- Performance and analysis: Monitor and analyze sales data to track performance against goals. Prepare and present reports to senior management. Forecast sales and manage the sales pipeline.
- Customer relations: Maintain and build strong customer relationships. Handle escalated customer issues or complaints.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as marketing, to align on strategies and campaigns.
- Administrative duties: Manage budgets. Ensure accurate documentation and use of CRM software.
