Hiring: Sales Manager – Dubai

Position: Full-time – Sales Manager

• Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead sales operations, manage key accounts, and drive business growth across multiple technical and industrial sectors.

The role involves promoting and selling specialised chemical products used in surface preparation, coatings, cleaning, protection, and other technical applications.

• Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and targets

• Manage and expand key B2B customer accounts

• Promote and sell technical chemical solutions across different sectors

• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and commercial offers

• Conduct client meetings, negotiations, and product presentations

• Identify new opportunities and build market presence

• Prepare sales forecasts and monthly/quarterly reports

• Lead and support the internal sales
• Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (preferably B2B)

• Excellent English and Arabic communication (spoken & written)

• French language is a strong advantage

• Proven record in achieving sales targets

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills

• Good understanding of the UAE/GCC market

• Preferably owns a car

• Must be currently in the UAE

• Experience in chemicals, industrial, technical, coatings, or related products is a strong plus
