Position: Sales Manager

Experience: Proven experience as 7 Yrs in Marketing Executive or a similar role, preferably in the

civil and construction industries.

Qualifications:

 Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

 Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns,

including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to

reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.

 Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant

content, such as blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and case studies, to

attract and engage potential clients.

 Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, posting regular

updates, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers to maintain an active and

positive online presence.

 Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients, conducting

market research, and assisting in the development of lead nurturing strategies.

 Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating industry events, webinars, trade

shows, and conferences to showcase G Skyeagle Infra's services and solutions.

 Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends,

competitor activities, and customer preferences, helping to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.

 Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze the

performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports to measure success and identify

areas for improvement.

 Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency in all marketing activities, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining the company's reputation in the civil and construction industries.

 Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage the CRM system to maintain accurate customer data, track leads, and monitor marketing interactions with prospects and clients.

 Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to

align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless communication.

 Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively, tracking

expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).

 Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and

emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing

campaigns.

 Digital Marketing Skills:

Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and

content management systems.

 Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a flair for

creating engaging content.

 Creative Thinking: A creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and propose

innovative marketing ideas.

 Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure campaign

performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

 Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work effectively in a cross-functional

environment.

 Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet

deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
