Position: Sales Manager
Experience: Proven experience as 7 Yrs in Marketing Executive or a similar role, preferably in the
civil and construction industries.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Campaigns: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns,
including digital marketing, email marketing, social media, and traditional advertising, to
reach target audiences and achieve marketing objectives.
Content Creation: Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling and relevant
content, such as blog posts, social media posts, infographics, videos, and case studies, to
attract and engage potential clients.
Social Media Management: Manage the company's social media accounts, posting regular
updates, responding to inquiries, and engaging with followers to maintain an active and
positive online presence.
Lead Generation: Support lead generation efforts by identifying potential clients, conducting
market research, and assisting in the development of lead nurturing strategies.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating industry events, webinars, trade
shows, and conferences to showcase G Skyeagle Infra's services and solutions.
Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends,
competitor activities, and customer preferences, helping to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilize marketing analytics tools to track and analyze the
performance of marketing campaigns, generating reports to measure success and identify
areas for improvement.
Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency in all marketing activities, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining the company's reputation in the civil and construction industries.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage the CRM system to maintain accurate customer data, track leads, and monitor marketing interactions with prospects and clients.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to
align marketing efforts with business objectives and ensure seamless communication.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget effectively, tracking
expenses, and optimizing resources to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI).
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, marketing best practices, and
emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to marketing
campaigns.
Digital Marketing Skills:
Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and
content management systems.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a flair for
creating engaging content.
Creative Thinking: A creative mind-set with the ability to think outside the box and propose
innovative marketing ideas.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to measure campaign
performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Team Player: Collaborative and team-oriented, able to work effectively in a cross-functional
environment.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet
