Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with strong knowledge of the motor oil and lubricants domain. The role involves managing sales operations, driving revenue growth, and building strong channel partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the distributor, dealer, and retailer network in assigned regions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, train, and guide the field sales team.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share.
- Conduct business reviews with key clients and resolve escalations.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive product penetration.
- Track sales data, prepare MIS reports, and monitor sales performance.
- Ensure adherence to pricing, credit, and company sales policies.
- Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Skills & Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience in motor oil/lubricants or automotive aftermarket industry.
- Strong understanding of channel sales and territory management.
- Proven ability to meet targets and manage customer relationships.
- Leadership skills with experience handling field teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Must have a two-wheeler and valid license (preferred).
