Job Title: Sales Manager

Job Description

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, driving revenue growth, and executing strategies that support the company’s business objectives. This role oversees the full sales cycle, including prospecting, pipeline management, negotiations, and closing, while ensuring a consistent and professional customer experience.

The Sales Manager analyzes market trends, identifies new business opportunities, and works closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to develop effective sales plans. This position requires strong leadership skills to guide and motivate team members, monitor performance, and provide ongoing coaching and training to support skill development and goal achievement.

Key responsibilities include setting sales targets, tracking key metrics, preparing reports for senior leadership, and ensuring accurate forecasting. The Sales Manager maintains strong relationships with key clients, resolves escalated issues, and promotes long-term customer satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves managing departmental budgets, optimizing sales processes, and ensuring all activities meet company standards and ethical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies based on market insights and customer needs.
  • Monitor performance metrics, prepare forecasts, and report results to leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product positioning and marketing initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high standards of professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,519.97 - ₹30,000.00 per month
