Job Description: Sales Manager – Islamabad Region

Herbiotics Health Care is looking for a highly capable and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Islamabad sales operations. The ideal candidate will be experienced, strategic, and passionate about driving sales growth in the pharmaceutical/nutraceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with company goals.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team, including recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities in the region.
• Monitor individual and team sales performance, ensuring consistent achievement of targets.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and performance improvement plans where needed.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and generate accurate sales forecasts.
• Manage the regional sales budget and conduct regular in-field training sessions.
• Strengthen market presence through strategic partnerships and brand-building activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, reporting requirements, and operational standards.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports to the Head Office.

Requirements

• Strong prospecting abilities with proven selling skills and understanding of brand strategies.
• Must be a self-planner and consistent target achiever.
• Solid product knowledge and the confidence to communicate product benefits clearly.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
• Expertise in product detailing, chamber performance, and in-market execution.
• Strong area knowledge of Islamabad and surrounding regions with effective product placement decisions.
• Ability to plan target-achievement strategies, market segmentation, and counter-marketing activities.

Pay: From Rs60,000.00 per month
