Sales Manager

Industry: Precast / U-Shape Drain / Cover Slab / Box Culvert / Cement Products Experience: Minimum 5 Years Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Key Responsibilities  Handle all IndiaMART inquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and maintain followups.  Manage sales of U-Shape Drains, Drain Covers, Box Culverts, and other precast products.  Visit markets, industries, contractors, and project sites to generate new inquiries.  Prepare quotations as per customer requirements and project specifications.  Maintain strong relationships with contractors, engineers, architects, consultants, builders, and government authorities.  Participate in tender processes and represent the company in government and industrial meetings (SMC, PWD, GIDC, DFCC, etc.).  Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.  Conduct competitor and market analysis for new business opportunities.  Coordinate with the dispatch team for on-time material delivery.  Maintain proper documentation, reporting, and client records.

� Qualification  Diploma / B.E. Civil preferred  OR MBA (Marketing) with experience in: o Precast Products o Cement Industry o Paver Block Industry o Building Materials

� Skills Required  Strong communication & negotiation skills  Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)  Understanding of industrial & construction markets  Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales  Strong follow-up and client relationship skills  Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of fieldwork

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹102,000.00 per month
