Overview
We are an e-commerce, musical instrument company based in the Tucson area. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our customer service team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, a background in retail and wholesale, as well as providing an excellent customer service experience.
This role requires a proactive problem-solving, the ability to successfully work from digital systems, and provides a positive environment for both customers and employees.
Compensation is hourly with commission-based incentives.
Duties
Oversee daily operations of the customer service department, ensuring high standards of service are maintained.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with calm professionalism and efficiency.
Contributes strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs.
Requirements
Proven track-record in sales.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities for sales and customer experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members alike.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and conflict resolution.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
