To look after the overall business activities of region assigned including business development work
Responsibility of all sales and Operational matters including the team activities, product promotions etc.
To strive for new business Projects in the region.
Ensure and work for individual and team target achievement
Work independently on the business quantitative and qualitative targets assigned to your personally and the branch team
Regularly participate in the field work as per business demands and look after the designated accounts, promotional activities, Sale and operational issues of the company’s products.
Regular visits to outstation customers and territory
Distributors management, contracts, activities, target monitoring and supply chain issues.
Monitor and support for managing supply chain and regulatory issues
Develop market intelligence for supporting company business
Coordination and support to the technical services team for managing customer issues in the assigned region
Any additional / adhoc assignments by the company management.
