Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow sales for our electrical construction/contracting projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating with technical teams, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in electrical contracting, HT/LT systems, panels, cabling, industrial/commercial projects, etc.
- Meet with builders, contractors, architects, consultants, and industrial clients to promote company services.
- Prepare and present quotations, tenders, BOQs, and technical proposals.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close deals to meet monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the engineering and execution team for project feasibility and costing.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and project pipelines.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
- Attend industry meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the execution team.
Key Skills Required
- Strong knowledge of electrical contracting services, HT/LT equipment, control panels, transformers, wiring systems, and industrial electrical setups.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to prepare and understand BOQs, tenders, and technical documents.
- Strong relationship-building and networking ability.
- Target-oriented mindset with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
