Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our sales operations and support the growth of our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for software products
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Conduct product demos and presentations
• Monitor CRM updates and sales pipeline
• Coordinate with existing channel partners and maintain relationships
• Identify new channel partners and support their onboarding
• Manage sales follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures
• Maintain CRM data accurately and ensure sales pipeline visibility
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Team forlead support
• Track monthly targets and submit performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in software / ERP sales, Sales Coordination
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing methods is an added advantage.
