Sales Manager

At Qot Interiors, we are looking for sales manager who is a professionally responsible for leading and guiding a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets, develop strategies, and maintain strong client relationships.

Scope of Work:

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
• Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive growth opportunities.
• Create and manage sales forecasts and budgets.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
• Ensure exceptional customer service during the entire sales process.
• Collaborate with design teams and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
• Experience in construction, interior design, or architecture is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and its key players.
• Fluent communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
