DSA Vertical – Clix Capital

Role: Acquire and manage Loan Against Property (LAP) business through the DSA channel.
Location: Delhi, Noida, Jaipur, Jodhpur, Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities

• Source LAP cases through DSAs, connectors, and mortgage sourcing partners.
• Onboard, activate, and manage DSAs to drive monthly disbursement targets.
• Conduct training for DSAs on LAP policy, documentation, and product features.
• Pre-screen customer profiles, financials, and property documents before login.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical & Operations for faster TAT.
• Maintain strong portfolio quality & ensure compliance with credit norms.
• Track DSA performance, funnel, and drive consistent business flow.

Skills Required

• Strong experience in LAP/secured lending, especially DSA-driven business.
• Good relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze financials, banking & property papers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
