Sales Manager – Real Estate | Job Profile & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for real estate projects (residential/commercial/plots).
- Handle site and office sales operations, including walk-in clients, channel partners, and site visits.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team, assign targets, track performance, and conduct regular reviews.
- Generate and manage sales leads through marketing campaigns, digital platforms, brokers, and referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations; ensure high conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and finance teams for lead management, bookings, documentation, and collections.
- Ensure proper sales documentation, booking forms, agreements, and compliance with company policies.
- Monitor payment schedules, follow-ups for collections, and coordination with accounts for timely receipts.
- Maintain and analyze sales MIS, reports, pipeline, and forecasts; submit regular updates to management.
- Build and maintain strong channel partner/broker networks to enhance project visibility and sales.
- Handle customer escalations, post-sales coordination, and ensure smooth handover processes.
- Keep updated with local market trends, pricing, competitors, and customer expectations to stay competitive.
- Ensure adherence to RERA and legal guidelines in all sales transactions.
- Support management in new project launches, pricing strategy, and inventory planning.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
