Job Description

We are hiring an experienced Ground Sales Executive to handle on-field sales activities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in industrial or construction-related product sales.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily on-site client visits and sales calls.
• Generate new leads and develop strong business relationships.
• Promote and sell company products within assigned industry segments.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate product and pricing details.
• Maintain records of sales visits, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of ground/field sales experience.
• Experience in PUF Panels, HVAC, PMC, Hardware, Fire Doors, Paint, Pharma Machinery, or construction-related industries (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and field sales skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
• Must be comfortable with extensive travel within Mumbai.
• English fluency is mandatory.
