Job Summary
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving software sales, managing the sales team, developing new business opportunities, and building strong customer relationships. The role requires a strategic thinker with strong technical understanding and proven experience in software or IT solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for software products and solutions.
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and support the sales team to improve performance and achieve collective goals.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and negotiations with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales materials and campaigns.
- Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and forecast future sales performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support post-sales engagement as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 4–8 years of experience in software sales or IT solution selling.

Pay: ₹16,159.38 - ₹61,668.59 per month
