Sales Manager

• Incumbent Shall have good experience in sales of Real Estate Commercial projects.
• Good Exposure to Channel Sales/Associates network.
• Good decision-making abilities along with relationship management skills is a must.
• Identify leads, manage brokers and property consultants.
• Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets
• Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Open for frequent travel to nearby areas.
• Achieve growth and hit sales target.
• Report on sales activities to senior management.
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
• Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
• Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
• Be knowledgeable of prices and values in the current market.
• Research and explore local neighbourhoods to ascertain various surroundings.
• Keep updated on deadlines and deliveries of various projects.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's in Sales, Business Administration, Commercial Management or a related field

Minimum 5 - 8 Years of experience within a commercial sales role.

Real Estate candidates will be preferred.

Impeccable profile with high professionalism.

Good communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Excellence in sales and marketing with a positive attitude and team playing ability.

A flair for establishing an instant rapport with clients.

Dynamic, aggressive, result oriented and self starter.
