We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in the Landscaping/Hardscaping field, with a proven ability to develop strategies that enhance customer engagement and increase revenue. Knowledge in landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, lawn maintenance & turf is recommended. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to analyze market trends to identify new opportunities.

Duties

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Meet with customers to discuss potential projects
  • Analyze project information & effectively produce a quote for the customer
  • Follow up with customers in regards to questions about potential projects
  • Assist with the scheduling process of new projects
  • Be in direct contact with customers during the project implementation & after the project is complete to ensure a smooth transition
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Oversee account management processes to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service.
  • Conduct regular meetings with management to review progress and adjust strategies as necessary.

Skills

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Experience in outside sales
  • Strong experience in the Landscape field with knowledge of Landscaping, Hardscaping, Irrigation, & Turf
  • Proven track record in business development and account management.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting client relationships.
  • Strong leadership abilities, capable of motivating and guiding a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
