Developing close working relationships and partnerships with an identified client base in the marketplace. To ensure a full understanding of each client’s business objectives and strategy in order to identify the best possible partnerships the growing Qanect Publishing portfolio.

Have a network of contacts and excellent relationships at senior level within relevant advertising agencies and clients.
A strong and growing business profile and attitude which exudes energy, professionalism and enthusiasm.
An excellent verbal communicator.
Strong presentation skills, together with a presence that can command an audience.
A level headed person, who can operate effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
A creative and inspirational thinker, able to develop new and existing business.
A project manager, capable of grasping an idea, achieving buy-in and seeing it through from start to finish.
A self-starter, able to work autonomously and as part of a wider management team.
An efficient and organised administrator, who is good with figures.
Demonstrate a high degree of computer literacy.
Principal Accountabilities:
Act as an ambassador for Qanect Publishing and its partners in terms of manner, attitude and knowledge.
To have a solid understanding of the competitive marketplace and media market within Qatar and the GCC
Maximise cross selling opportunities across Qanect’s growing portfolio
To grow existing business and explore and develop new revenue avenues
To manage administration both internally and externally to ensure the “patch” runs smoothly and professionally
To construct and maintain coherent reports for management use.
Build a strong, professional relationship with Commercial Director
Assist management team and wider office as required – approaching daily business positively and to keep motivation high both personally and within the office.
Keep personal profile high with both clients and agencies and promote Qanect at all times.
Client:
To regularly review and identify the most important clients to focus on in terms of retention and growth
To forge close relationships with key clients as identified above and to communicate developments accordingly to Commercial Director
Minimum Experience:
3-5 years of relevant Sales / Media Sales experience.
