Lead & Manage the Sales Team
Motivate, coach, and guide the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide regular feedback and insights to management for improving sales strategy.
Achieve Sales Targets
Set and monitor sales targets for the team.
Ensure achievement levels align with business plans.
Drive Cross-Selling
Achieve cross-selling goals by promoting non-assigned products and services.
Contribute to increased revenue and market share.
Grow New Markets & Customers
Develop new customer segments and identify new areas for business penetration.
Build strong relationships with key organizations and employees for lead generation.
Increase Product Awareness
Build and drive product awareness through internal campaigns, events, and communication.
Support team members with the right knowledge to drive business.
Key Performance Indicators
Agreed sales targets
Cross-selling proposals submitted
New markets/customers developed
Increase in market share & attributable revenues
Number of enquiries and sales conversions

Strong leadership and team-management skills
Experience in sales within banking/financial services
Knowledge of retail banking products is a plus
